Name: Epicattleya Rene Marques ‘Flame Thrower’
Plant description: Tall slim cane like pseudobulbs leafed for the top third. Clumping and quite tall growing eventually. A vigorous hybrid that is a parent of many Epicattleya hybrids.

Flowering size: Large enough to bloom but will flower better at a larger size.
Flower description: Very similar flower to Epidendrum paeudepidendrum. Green petals with a pink and yellow column and lip produced in a spray from the apex of the canes.

Temperature: Intermediate. Performs best under high light but will burn in direct summer sun.
